Payment: We accept payment via PayLah/ PayNow (for orders through Instagram), credit/ debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal.

Return and exchange policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. But we still want you to be happy with your order! For any issues, give us a holler so we can assist you. Messaging us on Instagram works too.

Shipping

 

Shipping rates: All local orders are shipped via standard courier at a flat rate of $3.90. Orders above $45 enjoy free shipping! 

Delivery time: Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to reach you.

Tracking your order: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a link to track your order.

International shipping: To our friends outside of Singapore, thank you for your support! Drop us a message if you'd like to make an order.
